THE ORDER PROCESS
Placing Your Order:
You can place orders online via our website: www.supremamedics.com or you can call us to place an order on 01872 222515 or 07523 975721
Our website is fully PCI compliant and all payment information is
encrypted to ensure total security of your data.
You can also send orders to us via email: info@supremamedics.com
We are open Monday to Friday, from 8.00am until 6.00pm. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday and Bank Holidays.
Any orders placed after 3.00pm or at the weekend will not be processed until the next working day.
Email confirmation is sent for every order placed – this confirmation
is sent to the email address input when you place the order (e-Commerce or Stripe). We cannot re-send this confirmation, so please ensure you enter the correct email address.
We accept payment from all major credit and debit cards, and we also
accept payments via PayPal.
Subject to status, we can offer Limited Companies 14 Day Invoice
Accounts. All NHS organisations (NHS Trusts, GP Surgeries etc)
automatically qualify for a 30 Day Invoice Account. Email:
info@supremamedics.com to request more information.
Where possible, we endeavour to process and despatch all orders placed before 3.00pm the same day. We prioritise the processing of orders with DPD, Trax or DX shipping- if your order is urgent, please choose this shipping service.
We have a variety of products listed on our website- whilst we aim to
have all items available for immediate despatch, sometimes the
manufacturer has production issues which results in delays.
Availability is shown in the product listing- please note, we also
process offline orders, which do not immediately update the availability
online. We always advise checking stock availability before placing an
order if you are in urgent need of the item.
If you place an order for an unavailable item, you will be informed via
email. You can then either wait for the item to arrive, choose an
alternative or cancel the item from the order and receive a refund.
All images of products are purely for illustration only and do not form
part of the description of the product.
Suprema Medics Ltd cannot accept responsibility for any difference
between the image on the website and the actual appearance of the
product.
All prices on our website and in our catalogue are displayed on an
“invitation to treat” basis- if a product is ordered (and the price
is incorrect) we are not obliged to sell the product at the incorrect
price. The order will be cancelled, and a refund will be processed.
If there is a problem with the payment (if your bank declines the
payment, there are security concerns etc) we will contact you to advise.
We reserve the right to decline an order or payment- we can also insist
that an order is only sent to the registered address of the payment
card.
Upon delivery, you must inspect the goods carefully for damage as
Suprema Medics Ltd is unable to accept responsibility for damage in
transit, shortage of delivery or loss of products unless the customer
advises us via telephone within 7 hours from the time of delivery.
When you place an order, you can create an account to store your order history and track orders or you can checkout as a Guest- if you checkout as a Guest, we cannot add orders to your order history.
Prices & Payment
We take payment in full from your chosen payment option upon
receipt of your order.
All goods are subject to availability.
Any free gifts offered are subject to availability, and we
reserve the right to amend the offer if required. All prices are
exclusive of VAT at the current rate and are shown in Great British
Pounds Sterling. Any currency conversion on the website is purely for
comparison, the actual price paid for overseas orders will be determined by the rate of exchange on your payment card.
VAT will be charged on all orders within the UK and outside
the UK. VAT be can be exempt on certain products upon completion of an online form. Individuals/organisations wishing to claim VAT exemption on non-exempt products will need to provide supporting documentation when the order is placed.
All goods delivered remain the property of Suprema Medics
Ltd until they are paid for in full.
Only one discount code may be applied to any single order.
Deliveries
The delivery cost for your order will be shown online- when you add the item(s) you are ordering to your cart, there is a postage cost calculator.
Orders over £80 excluding VAT are processed with Free Delivery (which is a 3-5 working day service).
Free Delivery is not available to all areas of the UK- certain areas
such as Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isle Of Wight, Isle of
Man and remote areas such as the Scottish Highlands & Islands are exempt from the Free Delivery offer and different delivery times may apply.
If your order qualifies for Free Delivery, there is the option to pay a
small premium when you checkout to ensure that your order arrives the
next working day (if the order is placed before 3.00pm, Monday to
Friday)
What’s more, any order that we receive before 3pm on a working day we will aim to despatch on the same day! Orders received after the cut off time will be processed for dispatch the next working day.
However, although we promise to despatch your order quickly, it should be remembered that delivery is not guaranteed within this timescale and parcels can occasionally take longer to reach their destinations. It is the buyers responsibility to confirm the address for delivery EVERY TIME an order is placed. Suprema Medics Ltd cannot be held responsible for consequential loss or damages for delays in delivery. All deliveries need to be signed for and it is the buyers responsibility to ensure there is someone to take delivery. We cannot specify delivery times
other than within the range of the paid timed deliveries. If a courier
provides you with a more specific delivery time via email/sms, this
should be taken as a guide only and this is the couriers reasonability
to ensure timed delivery, not Suprema Medics Ltd.
Royal Mail calculates their delivery prices based on the size and
weight of the order and the delivery speed.
DPD charges a standard delivery fee (which is not linked to the size
and weight of the order) and they offer a next working day delivery
service to mainland UK.
DPD charges a premium to deliver to non-mainland UK addresses such as
Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isle Of Wight, Isle of Man and
remote areas such as the Scottish Highlands & Islands- we offer a 2 Day
transit time to these areas.
How will my item(s) be sent to Republic of Ireland.
We have managed to secure extremely good courier rates to the Republic
and therefore all items will be sent using Trax, DPD or Dx.
How will my item(s) be sent Western Europe?
All items will be sent using a company with traceable software.
Please note our shipping charges do not allow for any charges levied by
Customs in the destination country, nor do we accept responsibility for
paying such charges.
How will my item(s) be sent rest of the World?
Due to the fact that Royal Mail Air Mail is not tracked and can
sometimes take up to 1 month for delivery, we have taken the decision to
send all items to the rest of the world by Courier. This does mean extra
cost but a much better and more efficient service.
Please note we have made every effort to make our shipping charges as
accurate as possible, however occasionally the amount charged may be
insufficient to cover the cost. If this is the case you will be given
the opportunity to either pay the additional amount or alternatively we
can cancel your order and issue a full refund.
How will I know when my order has been dispatched?
When your order has been dispatched you will receive an e-mail
notification advising of this.
Help! I haven’t received my parcel, what should I do?
Contact us – we will do anything we can to help. If an item sent by
Royal Mail has not been received it can often be found at the local
sorting office awaiting collection. If not, the Royal Mail has a
specific procedure that we can follow in the event of a missing parcel.
If your order has been dispatched with Trax, DPD or Dx then we can
track and trace it using their online system.
For deliveries to Europe and the rest of the world, if your item is not
collected and is returned to us then we will issue a refund minus the
cost of postage to <company name>. If not received, these items will not
be deemed to be missing until two weeks have passed.
Returns, Refund and Cancellation Policy
We operate a returns policy for unwanted and faulty goods. Should you
need to return any item to us for any reason please contact us first by
telephone or e-mail – info@supremamedics.com Once you have notified us
that you would like to return the order (which must be within 7 hours of
receipt of the order), you have 7 days to return the order to us.

items and you will be required to place an additional order.

find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and
to recover our fees and expenses from you.
My Payment Card has changed/expired. How will I receive my refund?
